Lincoln Speedway’s National Fallen Firefighters Race “Guise-Little Memorial” has Something for Everyone

Abbottstown, PA (May 1, 2023) – Lincoln Speedway will host the National Fallen Firefighters Night “Guise-Little Memorial” this Saturday, May 6. The night will feature the 410 sprint cars in a $5,000 to win 35-lap feature and the 358 sprint cars will be racing for $1,350. The 410 sprint cars will start the night with time trials.

Over $3,000 has been added to the 410 sprint car purse for the 2023 event with special thanks going to 717 Posse Gang, Glenville Station Pub & Grub and Mason Dixon K9.com Dog Training. In addition to the increased purse there will also be contingency prizes awarded throughout the night. Loganville Fire Company donated $250 in memory of Rodney Miller and Union Fire & Hose Company No. 1 donated $250 in memory of Troy Dettinger to make the 410 Fast Time award $500. A hard charger award will be handed out in both divisions as well.

In total, 16 right rear tires will be given out with 11 going to 410 teams and 5 to 358 teams. The tire sponsors are Thorton Chevy, Jeff Barnes Collision Center, Golf Cart Services, Dottie’s Family Market, R/G Group, Steve Owens, Nasty Nate, Livingston Lawn Care, Window World, Lincoln Speedway and Parking Lot Party/Camping Squad.

Each heat race winner in both the 410 and 358 sprint divisions will receive a $100 bonus thanks to Hanover Auto Craft, Trone’s Tag Title and Notary, Shorty’s Funnel Cakes, Elite Finish Auto Spa, DW Raze Distributing, Bricker Fries, Whitecomb Farm Market, Freedom Off-Road, Jeff Barnes Collision Center, RLR Trucking LLC and Dynatech Controls.

Make sure to arrive early to the track on Saturday to participate in the Livingston Lawn Care Party. Registration for the cornhole tournament opens at 10AM and the games start at 11AM. The tournament has a $1,000 payout. At 1PM the following sprint car teams and drivers will be on hand to take photos and sign autographs, from the 410 division: Chad Trout, Dallas Schott, Dalton Dietrich, Billy Dietrich, Scott Fisher, Tyler Ross, Aaron Bollinger, Brett Strickler, Zach Allman and Dylan Norris and from the 358 sprints: Ashley Cappetta, Jordan Strickler, Tylar Rutherford, Chris Frank and Wyatt Hinkle.

Food trucks including Mac’s Pit Stop, Kay Melts, Bricker’s and Choco L’More will be at the party and there will also be beverage stands open from 11AM-5PM. The party includes live music as well starting at 12pm with appearances from Nick Wallin, Clifton Bryan and American Wild. There will also be multiple bicycles that will be given away to kids in attendance. The party is free to attend.

Pit gates on Saturday open at 4:30PM and the grandstand gates open at 5PM. General admission for adults is $20, students from ages 12-17 are $10 and kids 11 and under are free. Pit passes are available for $30.
